In the event of any changes to regional or national restrictions or lockdowns which result in a change of holiday plans, Westreach can either refund or reschedule your booking for a future date so you can book with confidence!

 

If you have booked via a 3rd party platform such as TripAdvisor / VRBO / AirBNB / Booking.com etc we ask that you check their T&C's and contact them directly should you need to make or amend any arrangements.

Contactless Check-in is 4pm on the day of arrival and Check-out is 10am on the day of departure. Details provided on the week of arrival.

Where can I park my car?

In general you should be able to park for FREE outside the house, but this is first come first served like most of Filey. There are 4 public 'Pay & Display' Car parks in town and recommend you check time limits if parking in either Tesco, Heron Foods or any other private car park.

Can we bring our pet?

Yes! dogs are welcome and we allow a maximum of 2. Our fully enclosed garden with lawn is perfect for furry friends. Due to our property being attached, we ask they are not left unattended in consideration of our neighbours.

 

We do a thorough clean after every stay to ensure all dog hairs are clear so that they are still five star standard for every arrival.

Do you provide towels & linen etc?
Yes! All linen is provided & we supply 1 bath sheet, hand towel and face cloth per person. We also supply 2 tea towels in the kitchen.

Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes! and its superfast with no loss of speed even at the bottom of the garden! All our Smart TV's are hard wired and you'll even find a spare CAT8 cable & HDMI lead for those wishing to bring & connect their own PlayStation or XBOX.

Any Minimum stay?
Check in/out days are limited to a Monday & Friday with a 7 night minimum stay during school holidays and a 3 night minimum stay out of school holidays.

Cancellation Policy
The balance of your holiday is due 6 weeks before arrival or payment in full if your stay is within 6 weeks. In the event of cancellation....

• 1 week or less - 100% of booking

• 2 weeks or less - 85% of booking

• 3 weeks or less 60% of booking

• 4 weeks or less 40% of booking

• 5 weeks or less 30% of booking

​

Cancellations outside of this period will be charged the deposit only.

Whilst we do not have EV charging at Westreach, the nearest point is located at Primrose Valley Holiday Park. Click for Location & Directions
